Do you offer WiFi?

Please be advised that while WiFi is extremely limited due to our remote location, we encourage guests to embrace this opportunity to disconnect digitally and welcome the beauty of our surroundings. Should you need to connect, WiFi is available for purchase for $10 a day for two devices.

To purchase WiFi access, select the WiFi for the property on your device. A window will pop up prompting you to fill out payment information. Once complete, WiFi access will be available for the next 24 hours. 

How far is the hotel from Yosemite National Park?

We are actually neighbors!  The park boundary is at the edge of Yosemite View Lodge, which is the closest hotel to Yosemite National Park’s Arch Rock West Entrance at just two miles away. 

Yosemite Cedar Lodge is located just eight miles (about 15 minutes by car) from Yosemite National Park’s Arch Rock West Entrance. 

Our convenient locations also make it an easy drive to many other outdoor activities such as mountain biking, river rafting, horseback riding, and the quaint village of El Portal. 

Can I book a shuttle to the park from the hotel?

Yes! Our hotels offer convenient access with onsite YARTS Bus Stop locations. Please note that tickets do need to be purchased ahead of time. YARTS is a regularly scheduled, fixed-route, public transit system that operates year-round in the Yosemite region. You can learn more at YARTS.com.

 

Do you have a concierge?

You can easily chat with a Yosemite Resorts concierge via text message! Simply text 1-833-937-1046 and someone will be able to help you in real-time.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both properties are wheelchair accessible, including access to an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as the restaurants on site.

I booked a vacation rental, what are the policies?

You should have received a confirmation email with check-in, check-out, and cancellation policy information. Please reach out to your property’s host for any additional questions. To find your property, you can view our Vacation Property page.

Is the property pet friendly?

Yes!

The pet fee is $25 USD per pet, per day. Two pet maximum. Must call front desk after booking to notify ahead of time. 

Amenities

Do you have a pool?

Yes! Yosemite View Lodge and Yosemite Cedar Lodge both have many pools and spas so you can sit back and relax after a day of exploring the park.

Pools are open 8am-10pm daily.

Is there on-site dining?

Yosemite View Lodge has two on-site restaurants, The River Restaurant & Lounge and Parkside Pizza. 

At Yosemite Cedar Lodge, you will find a bar, as well as Cedar Lodge Restaurant and Canyon Bar & Grill.

Please note that all restaurants are operated by a third party and are not managed by Yosemite Resorts. Hours vary, please ask the front desk. 

Is there a gift shop?

At Yosemite View Lodge, you will find a large convenience and gift store with food, drinks, clothing, souvenirs, and more. 

At Yosemite Cedar Lodge, there is a gift shop filled with souvenirs, maps, coffee mugs, and clothing.

Convenience and Gift Shops are open 7am-11pm daily.

 

Is there a fitness center?

Guests staying at Yosemite View Lodge have access to an onsite fitness center that is equipped with treadmills, bikes, weights, a rowing machine, and more.

The Fitness Center is open 8am-10pm daily.

Are there family friendly activities on-site?

Yes, both properties have expansive game rooms that are a great place for the entire family to gather and play. We also have walking trails throughout both properties, a private beach at Yosemite Cedar Lodge, and more!

Game rooms are open 8am-10pm.

Do you have EV chargers?

Conveniently charge your electric vehicle using one of the Tesla Superchargers at Yosemite View Lodge. We are located only 105 miles from Fresno and 200 miles from San Francisco making our property the perfect place to recharge.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am

Express checkout envelopes are available in the lobby of both properties. Please note that checking out later than 11:01am will result in an additional full-day charge.

Can I do an early check-in or late check-out?

Are there any discounts available for multiple nights or group bookings?

Currently, we do not offer discounts for multiple-night stays. We do offer group rates with a minimum of ten rooms. You can contact the property of interest for more details or a quote.

I cancelled through a third-party website, why was I still charged?

If you booked through a third-party website, we do not have the ability to check into the reason you were charged. In this case, we suggest following up with the booking company directly.

Do you offer promotions or experiences?

We are consistently working on crafting unique memories for our guests which is why we now offer multiple Signature Experiences at Yosemite View Lodge.

What are the S'mores Kits?

Indulge in the timeless delight of s’mores by the fireside with our Classic S’mores Package. This package includes all the essentials you need to create the perfect s’mores:

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate bars (milk or dark chocolate)

The Classic S’mores Package is $35

What are the Picnics By The River?

You will meet us at a designated site where you will be greeted by one of our team members. They will direct you to your private picnic area alongside the Merced River.

Here you will find your picnic set up, complete with:

  • Your choice of one of these three Barcello wines
  • Sparkling water
  • Assorted fruit, nuts, and crackers
  • Specialty meats and cheeses
  • Delectable bite-sized desserts

Prices for the Classic Picnic are as follows:

  • Picnic for two: $210.00
  • Picnic for four: $315.00

Picnics To Go

Yes! This family sized picnic experience comes to you ready to go with a portable cooler, a blanket to lay down on the ground, as well as assorted sandwiches, chips, fresh fruit, potato and macaroni salads, bottled water, and a delicious dessert.

Prices for the Picnics To Go are as follows:

  • $39.00 for two
  • $69.00 for four

NOTE: A fully refundable deposit will be required and cheerfully refunded when the cooler and blanket are returned.
