Guest Arrival
Upon arrival guests will be advised through brochures and signage of Yosemite Resort’s adherence to CDC/WHO guidelines. Social distancing will be observed and ample sanitizer stations will be available. Front desk time will be limited and staff-guest interaction will be friendly, safe, and secure.
Room Cleanliness
Guest rooms will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest stay and as frequently as requested by guests. Clutter will be reduced and a complimentary packet of cleaning products will be available.
Most importantly, guests will be advised to maintain the same protocols to keep themselves and other guests safe during their stay, including hand-to-face contact, social distancing and, where applicable, the use of face masks.
Public Areas
All public areas, including restaurants, grocery and gifts stores, hallways, elevators and pools (as available), will be frequently cleaned and well-posted with suggestions for a safe and enjoyable stay. Sanitizer stations will be available throughout these areas. Guests will be advised to take those precautions necessary to ensure their, their families, and other visitors’ safety.
